I finished the video and then enjoyed reading through the comments. It amazes me to see the fruits people show forth. It’s such a great thing to have so many people talk about God. We are all in different stages of our walk and of our knowledge and understanding. We have all been wrong in some belief that we held only to find out after debating that we were wrong. Please study, be watchful and do not be deceived. These men say the blessed hope is the rapture. The sheep who hear his voice know the HOPE is to be with Christ... Not the rapture. If Satan could fool everyone into believing they would be gone before the antichrist’s arrival then a lot of people would fall away. You will not be able to buy or sell without the mark. How will you survive if you are caught unawares? Someone commented that Jesus comes like a thief. Jesus said in Matt: 24:43-44 that if the goodman of the house had of known when the thief was coming he wouldn’t have allowed his house to broken into. Be prepared for that day. We can’t “just” call upon his name. There is more to the relationship than that. Matt: 7: 21-23 says that not all who say Lord Lord will enter into the kingdom of heaven but those who do the will of the Father. The parable of the 10 virgins was mentioned. The 5 foolish are of the same group saying “Lord Lord”. His response to both was that he didn’t know them. They weren’t part of his flock. They were only made to believe they were and led astray. You have to KNOW and love Christ. How can Jesus pray to God if he and the Father are one? We are merely human and have a body, a spirit and a soul. Your soul speaks to your body and your spirit speaks to God yet you are just one person. How much greater is He? We can’t begin to understand. Someone said we do not have to follow the commandments of the Old Testament. Jesus did say he did not come to abolish the law but fulfilled it in Matt: 5:17 but after he said not one jot or tittle of the law would pass until heaven and earth passed away. Then in Romans 8:4 it states that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk in the spirit. Another said the Corinthians were Jewish. There were some Jewish and Gentiles. It was a Christian church. There is a rapture in the 6th seal. They want you to believe the rapture is prior to the first seal. The pretrib rapture is unbiblical. The antichrist will be here before the rapture. 2 Thessalonians 2:8 say Jesus will destroy him with brightness of his coming. Don’t just follow the words of the Pharisees. Look into the matter. Search for the truth. Study to show yourself approved. God bless all of you!!

Am I wrong, but as far as I have read 1. Cor 15:51 it says that we shall all be CHANGED in the twinkling of an eye. Rapture sure comes some moments or right after, but changing is in the twinkling of an eye. Jesus did not either go to heaven at the same moment when He changed and rose from dead. Do you know that prophecies in Jer 49 :34-39 concerning Iran and their many ballistic missiles launchers in the area of ancient Elam in southern Iran is a future end time prophecy? In Jeremiah 49 :35-36 There are no historical sources that show Nebuchadnezzar II in the sixth century destroyed and caused a disaster that resulted in the Elamites being scattered to countries around the world at that time. In addition there is no historical evidence that Nebuchadnezzar’s armies chased the Elamites with the sword ( Jer 49 :37) and killed their king and government officials( Jer 49:38).If the complete destruction of Elam does not seem to have been fulfilled in history, wouldn’t this logically mean that the prophecies of Elam in Jeremiah 49:34-38 are going to take place sometime in the future? Who could God be so fiercely angry at in modern-day Iran in our day? Could it be the rogue Islamic regime who wants to wipe Israel off of the map with nuclear ballistic missiles in the future? In Jeremiah 49: 35 God says He is going to "break the bow " which results in a great disaster that causes the people in areas of southern Iran to be scattered around the world. . Could this likely allude to a future great disaster in Iran that destroys their missile launching capabilities and some nuclear sites in the area of southern Elam ?

If you ever had trouble understanding some passages of the Bible, wondered about their historical or cultural context, wondered what the original language really meant. then you should appreciate that Christian authors who have studied in earnest are helpful in our understanding. It doesn’t mean you rely on them entirely, it just means we all learn from our brothers and sisters In Christ. When the eunuch was reading the scroll of Isaiah and could not grasp it, Philip was escorted by the Spirit to the Eunuch, to explain the scroll to him.

@@carlosribeiro5302 from dust we were formed. Dust, dirt, clay….He originally formed us from the similar particle material as cremation. From dust we came, and to dust we shall return. God will have no problem reforming the particles of cremation. Think of those who die in hot burning fires (like cremation), or get blown to pieces from an explosion. No problem for God, our creator. 🙂

“This” means “this” but it might mean “that” too? Come-on man!” Rom 12:2 “And fashion not yourselves like unto 'this world,' but be ye changed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what that good, and acceptable and perfect will of God is.” So if “this world” in that verse means the world that they were living in at that time; then why does “this generation” in these two verses not mean the generation they were living in at that time? MT 23:36 “Verily I say unto you, all these things shall come upon 'this generation'.” MT 24:34 “Verily I say unto you, 'this generation' shall not pass, till all these things be done.”

Perhaps maybe you can explain how each of those events Christ talked about happened to the generation present.

@@bcm1621 It really comes down to whether you believe the texts as they are written; or you believe what you see with your senses in today's world. This is a matter of faith in the word of God. "This generation" meant the one Christ was walking around in! Not some generation in an undetermined future. Its as clear as glass when you accept it. Jesus said the things he told those Pharisees in MT 23 were going to occur "in this generation." And that being the destruction of their temple and capitol city. Just 40 years after he had told them that, it happened! That historically recorded fact proves that it was indeed THAT VERY generation. Mt 24 is talking about the very events leading up to the destruction of that very same temple. How much clearer could it possibly be??? And so "this generation" in MT 24 is the very same "this generation" in MT 23! Can you prove these things didn't happen? Were you there? Then we MUST depend on the integrity of God's word. Jesus knew exactly what he was talking about. Believe what Jesus said, and not what "they" say today!!

I have a question! I was watching a video that was done 11 years ago on Jehovah's witnesses I'm just not buying Jesus is God . When Jesus was praying to his father before his death in the garden he asked his father to take this cup from him well who was Jesus praying to ? He couldn't be praying to himself !? Even though he said I and the father are One, they are still three divine persons: the father, the son, and the Holy Spirit. If you read in Genesis 1:26 "Then God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness." God is like a family: God the Father, God the Son & God the Holy Spirit. Like a human family has a father, mother & child. They are one family of many persons. John 3:16 says: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." Jesus was with His father together creating the earth and us. When Jesus left after the resurrection He said He would never leave us. He left the Holy Spirit to be with us to lead us and guide us into all truth. In Revelation 22:12 -21 Jesus tells us He is the Alpha & Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. He means He was there in the beginning of the creation of earth and of us. And that He will be with us all the way to the end of this world system. Read all of Chapter 22 as it encourages us to follow Him. Once the Spirit of God enlightens you with truth you will want to read the whole Bible. Jesus did warn that in the last days there would be many false teachers. Ask the Spirit of God to show you all truth. He never lies. I hope this helps. I have been reading the Bible for over 50 yrs cover to cover. It is the most amazing Book. Some things are hard to understand and good teachers will help. There are many teachers who believe in Pre, Mid & Post Tribulation. Matthew 24 explains the Tribulation fully. Jesus says He is coming for us after the Tribulation. He never lies. Believe Him.

Yes the rapture happens at the second coming after the great tribulation. Paul was reffering to Matthew 24:29-31 The resurrection of the dead and the living take place at the second coming. Jesus and Paul never said that we will go back to heaven but we will meet Jesus and come back down again with Jesus. The word "rapture" is not in the Bible. That was made up by John Darby [a man]. But Paul makes it very clear that something happens in 1 Thes and 1 Cor 15. We just dont know when it will happen. This is a false interpretation. There is no such thing as rapture. The dead will rise first so that with the living all will be judged before Jesus when he comes. The angels will separate the sheep with the goats. After the judgement the sheeps will ascend to heaven in a twinkling of an eye. So too with the goats.
