Ep.1 Chassis Fabrication

Join us as we start at ground zero and fabricate the huge frame rails into a chassis that will be used on Coupe Simone. And we'll do it without a chassis table or jigs or fixtures. We will cut, weld plasma cut, grind, rinse and repeat until we have a matching set!
we will start with patterning and template layouts to show you that it can be done easily with basic tools.

It is a year after you released this video. That guy in Eastern Canada is just airing his videos of his modifying a factory built frame on his channel. You ENCOURAGE, he drives people away from applying their brains. Good video, will follow your work.

Fantastic video and will be a great build to follow along. You show that you don't need an expensive Jig or Chassis table as long as you take your time and don't warp the metal and keep checking everything is level and square. Great effort 👍
