The only sad part is that this is a REAL story of Tamil Nadu boxer but the director took her story without giving her any credit! That girl is driving auto for survival now. Her story was made into a documentary called “Fly High or fly fly” before this movie. That is the pathetic reality of greedy directors like Sudha who steals people’s story and then use their story without even giving her a single credit!!!

I have a doubt, in this movie there were dialogues relating to sexual abuse or casting couch type on female boxers (rithika's sister character), also Rithika falling in love with Madhavan character, so if credit was given to original boxer won't her character be tinted with such abusives, In Dangal there will not be such mentioning, I am neither a fan nor a relative of Sudha Kongra, but my perspective is that our people's mindset relating to Women hasn't developed much

@@rrr-pc6rm but if the real story of that girl was used and rest created….Sudha took a story of a boxer who parents from two different religion and background with sister. If Sudha decided to add flavour to the movie by adding the scenes that showed people taking advantage of the female boxer is not uncommon! We know females are harassed on daily basis even in schools, offices, public transport. stealing someone’s identity by not giving credit to them is an offence! She probably thinks knowing commissioner etc will save her. She is answerable someday! No respect for such directors! Sudha Kongara has no integrity!
