Hello everyone. This is our first Episode of our new Series about Mushroom Production. In this episode I will show how to prepare our mushroom substrate from start up to fermentation process.
Formulation(80:18:1:1):
80kg Sawdust (strained)
18kg Rice bran or Darak
1kg Calcium Carbonate or Lime/Apog
1kg Brown Sugar/ 1Liter Molasses
