そう。ゴムか、挟むの持ち込んで、しゃっ！っとまとめて、顔洗ったりしてるよ♪痛んでるとき２０分、そうでないとき週一で１５分やってる。今、使ってるシャンプーのトリートメントなくて使ってなかった！でも、上がってから椿油！自然かんそう💕ドライヤーは、髪が多くて腕がいたくなるもん笑
