So the young woman in the pink dress is wise beyond her years.. and it can be off putting to "some"..So Ive watched this episode of PopMB 2 or 3 times and at first I didn't care for her comments..But I found myself unable to find anything unreasonable about her statements..First let's put it ALL into context..This is a dating show tailored to match man and woman with the intent and possibility of becoming husband and wife..She has about 15 minutes to choose her future husband and father of their children..#1 Are you black? was really tailored for the NASA guy, but I think she realized in the moment he was mixed.. However even tho the second part of the question was also for him she opened it up to them all because that part can apply to them all..If I'm choosing a husband I don't think its unreasonable to want to be in the know of what your race is..and also do you usually date black women..She ONLY brought up light skinned women because HE specifically told her, looked her in her eye and said, "I usually only prefer light skin women"..She smiled and said , Ok thank you"..She didn't trip but I wouldn't choose him either after hearing those words..Trust me, She would never forget those words if they did go on to get married... Some men like black women in general, meaning it doesn't matter if she's light, Carmel, or chocolate..Then there are some men who also like black women but they ONLY are attracted to light complected women, or only chocolate women..Then there black men who like All races but lean towards the opposite race more..But my point is that if your husband makes you the exception to what he normally likes or prefers it can cause seeds if doubt..It could be your own insecurities or it could be him actually giving her reasons to be insecure..#3 I have 15 minutes to choose my husband..i walk up to him, smile and ask his name and without any confidence says "Hindo"?..Is that your real name?.."Ha, Ha, Ha-Yes?..
