A perfect explanation of how meditation works, and it's impact, Osho teaching for modern people, and how people can benefit from it. We all have to practice at least one right kind of sadhana and your life story inspires us towards meditation. You make us aware of doing meditation daily, just wearing mala and red dress is not enough. We have to prevent ourselves from being hypocrites. Shared about Alhad Retreats and people innocence there. Also, Nepal can be home for meditation and can benefit from spiritual tourism. Such wonderful content. It's amazing. Kundalini is name of a energy. Osho Kundalini meditation is a different technique for Kundalini energy activation and yog sutra is different. They just use the same name but are different technique.
