Congrats! When i installed fibre a new era was started. With my gaming son at home and at 1Gb we never had any lag - including tv as well. When he moved for university i change down t 500 Mb and that covers all my needs. You are safe! Had a similar experience - professional guys installing in the same way.

Hi Andy I'm finally getting around to making your Murgy Straight Kiwi Style from the other side of the planet. I was able to source 90% like for like ingredients with a small amount of very close. its currently mashing now as I type, I will send a picture in a few weeks after its been kegged. I cant wait Id love to try your APA some time as the west coast style is starting to get popular here in NZ.

We went to upp fibre optic about 6 months ago it took them about 6 months to get the infer structure sorted. Was on phone line before and was getting about 20 mbps at absolute best for upload and download. Now I’m getting about 500 download and upload consistently and they put pods around the house so the coverage is amazing and it’s cheaper and we got 6 months free ( as you can probably tell I’m super exited) super interesting vid cheers 👍🍻

I suspect the fibre is 62.5/125 (most common multi-mode fibre) so has a limit of 550m before it needs a booster. I went for fibre earlier this year but via Openreach so 900Mbps max. ZZoomm are not in my area.

Generally its been great. A bit of maintenance downtine but its notified in advance and usually in the middle of the night. It went sliw a few weeks vack fot a day but was usable. I’d recommend.

Just had Zzoomm installed in Crewe last week. What is the reliability like?. I also went with the 2Gig service coming from Sky BB. On 60Mbps, 2Gig is absolutely amazing

Most of the time it's seriously fast. They have been hitting bandwidth issues locally a few times and needed to upgrade the backhaul but it's all been stable for a while now. I'm very happy with it so far. Customer service is not great but not really needed it much.
