It's March 9th. Kadamba Kanana Swami has just left us. Thank you so much for doing this interview. I felt like I was in the room, listening to Maharaja and associating with him. I am so glad you did this interview and posted it on the internet for me and others to listen. So glad I sat through that. It was refreshing to see his sobriety in the face of his coming demise and that he could maintain a sense of humor throughout. It is something that is coming for us all yet hearing someone with such deep realizations crystallizes the the concept of death from the abstract to being a concrete reality. The main message I took away from that is to depend on Krishna in our heart and the mercy of Lord Chaitanya and the Vaishnavas to illuminate our path forward. I pray the doctors are wrong and he is with us for a great deal longer!

Hare Krsna KK Prabhu. I hope you recover from your recent illness. Speaking of preaching in South Africa, the strenouus ground work was done by the congregation devotees. In 1988 Bhakti Caitanya and others took sanyassi and destroyed our preaching. They deviated and focused their attention on hindu money. Bhakti Caitanya recently build a palace on the temple premises donated by the public. They are not interested in preaching to anyone. All they want is money. Haribol Maharaj . On one of your visits to Jagganath Puri- Durban- you were singing in the lead. We couldn't copy your singing- yeah, we couldn't sing the way you wanted us to sing. It's not that we couldn't hear the nuances in the tone and rhythm.... It's just that we were ill equipped musically! Trust me, we could hear it, but unable to replicate it. Would have preferred to just hear you singing.... maybe one day we would have learnt to replicate your devotional singing.

@@akashverma4280 I know devotees who are following this system and they're not criticizing other devotees. They are doing nicely their saddhana, following the rules and regulations, chanting, doing seva etc But that is also true there are very critical persons too. I don't like it too . Anyway actually, if we accept that opinion, it's understandable. I mean if we accept Prabhupada is the only diksha guru, then anyone else is bogus. So that system's followers fighting for that reason, not because of they're bad. Like Prabhupada also said sometimes, that other disciples of Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura are fake. Of course they don't need to criticize all the time, that isn't the solution at all.
