Hi Andy the Kiwi Murgy after a few weeks conditioning in the keg has mellowed out the dryness a lot. And is not a hit with the taste testers that call around frequently.

With 0,75 bar and 3 degrees Celsius on the Tank you should have 5g Co2/l wich is perfect fine for Lager Beer. :) You should not need extra carbonation right?

Still need to do the maths, but that sounds about right yes. Pretty sure the tank is rated at 30psi but it's old and tired (like me) so would rather keep well below if possible.

I guess running out of cans to sell isn't the worst problem to have 😅 wish we had this issue already. Also glad to see the rest aren't too horrific either! I'm visiting friends in Hertfordshire beginning of next month, what are the chances to have some of your cans delivered there so I can taste your beer?
