Ep.124:Advocacy Training Course For Junior Lawyers at Hon'ble Bombay High Court:Ft. Ms. Namrata Shah

In 2019, with the support from the International Advocacy Training Council and Bombay Bar Association, the amicus founded the advocacy training course that is run at the Hon'ble Bombay High Court. The Course is the first of its kind in India. Basically the trainers (Senior Advocates/Seasoned Advocates) are required to receive training from international experts before imparting the same to young members of the bar. The young lawyers are taught not only how to conduct examination in chief or cross examination but also how to make submissions in an interim application or in a final hearing matter. Art of Advocacy is not taught in law schools. Therefore this session undoubtedly qualifies to be one of the most important sessions on our channel.
