Great video 👍 Never give up. Today was a hard day due to I had to break down and buy an electric wheelchair due to falling and mobility. I’m still not giving up but yes it was so hard emotionally to do.

I totally understand. I am currently working on getting an electric wheelchair myself. It is very hard to admit how frail I have become. But I’m still breathing! Thx, Roger!

I had to take the time to tell you thank you so much for all that you say and sharing your experiences. So many times I tell my husband he nailed that right. You are able to express and share things that I experience and somehow that gives me encouragement to know that we're not alone in this disease. From a 70 four-year-old female parky I thank you.. You are an encouragement to me .😊

Thank you, Wanda! I believe you have commented before and if so, it’s great to hear from you! I have often been told that I have a way of explaining complex things in an easy to understand way. Sometimes I think I am just a person who talks too much. I rarely make notes and usually just ad lib on a particular topic. I suppose that comes from my podcasting days. It’s so nice to know that people are listening and understanding what I am saying.

I have often said that I need to find joy in the journey and not just the destination. There are a lot of things that take place in my day that count as accomplishments, but if I get too focused on only certain outcomes I am not giving myself enough credit. Expectations need to be tempered for a number of reasons in a day, in a week, in a life. We are human "beings" deserving of compassion, so I try not to focus on only being a human "doing". With that said I do not always succeed, and I'm currently working on adjusting my schedules and routines to accommodate my overall health with PD. 😎🌴

Thank you for taking the time to comment, Stacy! It sounds like you are doing the right things. This disease can literally steal our ability to be happy. I don’t always succeed either. Keep trying and find something that makes you smile.
