Good video, I agree the view at the roof top should not be obstructed. That’s the best 360 view for lounge, clubhouse or star gazing.

I love the layout of the apartment. The rooms are very spacious! I would be interested once renovated to know the asking price to rent. Bayo really enjoy your video content very inspirational well done. The property has great potential in a good location. Views are unique so can maximise by replacing the top barriers with see through strong plastic barrier for safety. Flexible private hire would be ideal. Apartment sizes are very spacious 😊

Just thinking out loud: because the space upstairs is so large, it may be possible to divide it. Have a children's play area and then something for adults whether table tennis,etc. And a relaxing area (chairs & small tables)

I love this apartment. It needs some work as you rightly mentioned. I would use that top floor space as a community gathering spot where the tenants could mingle, host their friends or even host a party.
