The smell is only because Nike throws an air freshener in there before selling. The tongue shape will very quickly go away after you lace them up. The stitching is on a per shoe basis and some fakes will not have the overlapping stitching. Another flaw to look for is the hourglass shape on the back of the shoe. Fakes will sometimes be stiff and be shaped more like a "V".

Reps always smell bad compared to retails cause the authentic ones sit at warehouses for months before launching and being shipped, reps on the other hand are usually sold and sent within weeks of being made

Also look in the toe box of the shoes and look at the holes, the 2nd row from the tip of the real shoe should have all holes being straight but in the fake you can see one hole being offset usually. If you look closely you can spot this in the video.
