Patrick Lomantini, a suicide survivor, shares his journey of resilience and recovery with Kevin Hines on the Hindsights podcast. After facing a failed marriage and the loss of everything he held dear, Patrick attempted to take his own life. However, he found hope and support through therapy and a strong support group. Patrick emphasizes the importance of choosing a supportive and understanding support group and being open about one's pain. He also discusses his work in developing a biometric ring and app called Kyli, which aims to prevent suicide by monitoring vital signs and alerting support groups in times of crisis. I am incredibly honored to call this man my friend, and I know like all of you, we need a supportive friend like Patrick in our lives.
