One of you had mentioned your wife could spot their own shot. Just curious what caliber it was? At which caliber or cartridge does it get harder to spot your own shot? thanks

My wife can do so with a 4 port muzzle brake on her 6.5prc Seekins Havak PH2. With that muzzle brake the rifle barely kisses your shoulder with recoil allowing you to stay behind the scope and spot your shots all day.

It’s relatively the best and cheapest option for high end bipods

Beyond the rifle system (including scope, ammunition, etc.) a bipod is one of the most important pieces of gear you can have in your possession to make effective shots beyond overhand shooting ranges. A very worthwhile investment to make your hunt a success.
