- Technology (how they manage information) how the Home Owners get and send notifications
- Vendor Management (who do they use?)
3 Things Community Managers need to focus on
- Proactive (What is coming up, how do I prepare for the future of the community) Budgets, Preventative Maintenance
- Relationship Building
- Get On Site! Be familiar with the property and the area

BS! Management Comp are the pit bulls for our personal agenda driven power hungry board member (neighbor volunteer just like me) to selectively enforce arcane rules and generate income to solidify ego and self worth! How would one get into this field? I’m trying to change my career from restaurant management to HOA community association management, I applied for a company that seemed like all they were looking for was someone with my skill set. I didn’t get the job but don’t want to be discouraged but can’t find another company that isn’t asking for experience like that one was,
