I just found your KZbin sight and live it. I have been wanting to cook authentic Puertorican food for years and now I have you to thank for getting me started on the right track. I made sofrito today after watching your video and this Sunday (November 2021) we will be making pasteles y tostones. Unfortunately I am allergic to coconut or I would try this drink too. Thank you!

Can I ask you .. do you plan on raising your children vegan aswell ? This has been the constant argument I’m in. I want my kids to be vegan .
