ये सच्ची धटना मेरे शहर देहरादून की है जिसने पूरे देहरादून को खफ र दहशत से भर दिया ले. कर्नल रामेंदु उपाध्याय मूल रूप से गाजीपुर उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाले हैं और उनकी पत्नी यहीं देहरादून के पंडितवाडी में (मेरे घर से डेढ किलोमीटर) कुछ बिजनेस करतीं हैं मित्रों ये घटना अत्यंत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है
