Ep 159: Lyman's Legacy with Penni Epstein, Roger, Josh, and Zach Sharpe

I Roy Wils want to thank you guys for this wonderful special episode about lyman.. i loved the great stories about him, i have meeted him back in the past for atleast like half a dozen times throughout my pinball tournament history mostly in the states but also abroad like in belgium and sweden! He said wonderfull things about my own pinball skills back in sweden, which is almost like 18 years ago now, i also admirred his pinball skills aswell.. i loved to be in his presence at all the times, he was an absolute force in pinball to be reckoned with!! I for one will never forget him ever in my life, the same can be said for the late steve epstein which Roger mentioned aswell during the podcast tribute.. he touched my heart aswell on a couple of occasions when i visited New York, what a great guy he was.. if there is something like an afterlife i would be happy to meet them again over there!! Pinball is about love❤ and the wonderful people surrounding it. Rest in peace Lyman and Steve..

I'm happy to have met Lyman at a show in Florida, Interview him and watch him play in a tournament. He knew me from my mike portnoy interview Haha.

I met Lyman a few times at PAPA. I had heard how great of a guy he was. Unfortunately, I got to meet him when he was in tournament mode. He did end up winning one if not both years I met him. I don't blame him for being in serious mode by any means. I just with I could have talked to him when he was not in tournament mode. I wish I could have talked to him about the first World Wide Tournament system with Revenge From Mars that I was a part of making work. He is definitely missed!

@cvseniorful that does stink you didn't get to meet him outside of a tournament. His Revenge From Mars game was brilliant and definitely doesn't get the love it should. Thanks for sharing
