Emotional intelligence is an ability one has and what I believe is Emotional constipation played a key role in killing this relationship. hypergamy is marrying or forming a sexual relationship with a person of a superior sociological or educational background. Based on that definition I think she cheated on this guy. You can tell from how careful he talks and how much he protects her image.
