The gap is like 1mm. I've left it alone and it's done absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change a thing.

Do you do anything about the VSC/Trac system? I'm looking at buying a sequoia from 2002 or 2003 - and am wondering if the system can function like a traditional 4×4 system. Allowing slippage and drifting in 2wd. Thanks!

Well, I have a small evap leak and a resulting dash light. That disengages the VSC. So there’s that option. The other option is to pull the fuse that services the VSC, if you don’t want it.

I've replaced mine with $50 Amazon units that included bulbs. Easy three bolt install. Trickly allignment, but not bad. After two years they are still clear.

Problem is that you’ll have to drill into the roof and use caulk and nutzerts. I’ll probably do a bed rack instead.

Thanks. Give it a 2” lift. Add either a wheel with a negative offset or a 1.25” wheel spacer and run 285/70/17 tires with no problem. And no need to change the front bumper.

The solenoid is remotely installed on the passenger side of the engine bay near the air filter and power steering reservoir.

What is the easiest and best rig to build a Land Cruiser out of is it the Lexus 470? Or the Sequoia? Which of these vehicles is the easiest or more compatible to lift up and use off-road for a Land Cruiser without spending a lot of extra money to do it. ? My question is is one of these rigs more compatible for building the Land Cruiser than the other? Because of the way they are built with their air suspension etc etc! looking for advice thanks. And remember respect the land after all we own it :-) that is the parks state and federal lands. Don't let them take it from us ! or polices US as if we are criminals !! we must hold on to what we have and stick together to hang on to what is hours in America! because there's a communist movement coming against us! oh, watch out for Park Rangers in the woods thate ACT just as bad as Highway Patrol ! they will put hert and fear sitations on you for no reason. Accountability for everyone including law enforcement espeashaly!!!!

I like sleeping on the roof rack sometimes especially in high water and snake nests oh, but it's a good place to haul a chainsaw some tarps your mountain bike extra cooler ice water tools. Fishing poles and much much more:-) respect the land gentleman after all it belongs to us. Always beware of Park Rangers that act like highway patrolman and creep around the woods with a citation on each hip. Don't be treated like a criminal by the authorities if they act like a criminal and they break the laws and disrespect the people. Fight every citation to the hilt if it's a sham and they gave it to you out of a tantrum just because they can
