Well said T. K. Our society seems to denounce certain emotions. Like if a man cries, he suddenly needs to man up and not show that natural emotion. We need to love and honor ourselves, experience our feelings, let them pass and move forward. That is true living.

Yep. There's a difference between MOTIVATION and COMMITMENT. The latter means you put the work in, even when you don't feel like it. I find I try not to think about whether I WANT to do xyz today, I just DO it because I have committed to it. Top work as usual guys, I have really enjoyed 2019 being inspired by you and am already looking forward to 2020 with you!

Its good to hear that I'll be OK not being 100% Positive. I don't know anyone that is 100% Positive anyways. We are all human and humans experience a variety of emotions. Some days I feel crappy and let myself feel crappy for a bit, then look for Positivity afterwards.

Hey guys, what I have a tendency to do is, get really passionate about something, have a goal, learn it, almost master it, and then -- move on. I've done this my whole life. Life is about experiences. I may never be a guitar virtuoso, but if there's a guitar, I can jam and have fun. Know what I mean? I feel, it's making me more well-rounded.

Thank you all for answering my question from Twitter. I appreciate the kind words so much. I used to be in therapy and be on medication and it helped for a while until I got laid off and didn't receive help with insurance anymore. I have been thinking about going back for help with PTSD with everything that happened. I'm sorry the word "cult" got you fixated on that; it's just my opinion based off of my experience and research but in no way do I think they are all bad; that is my view towards the organizational tactics and whatnot. I appreciate every SINGLE word and will take all of your advice. Remaining positive or learning how to be when you're raised in a doomsday mentality, unable to take part in many social activities or progress in a career that didn't align with the religion, and going through what I went through shaped my mind negatively. So to reprogram my brain was very hard.

21:10 Yes! I like this bit a lot. Also 28:15. Thanks to allowing myself to feel what I am feeling and expressing myself openly, I've been able to make decisions that I needed to make. I was very honest to myself a couple of days ago relationship-wise.

The current fad- obsession with “Positive Thinking” seeks, in many cases, to DENY the natural Yin/Yang balance in life. Part of the problem is the increase of comparison & narcissism that can be directly correlated back the increase of social media.
