Family first, Jira! This house is $180K, US. Even though it needs much work, that price is only a little too high, maybe $150K? I actually like the property even though I shouldn’t. It would be fun to replace that bridge, and remodel the property, but who knows what lives in that creek? YIKES! 😳

The villa is in a good location' but it's not worth 6 million more like 4.5 max it needs work' the camera a little shaking' to long on the out side' but not a 6 million house but 4.5 maximum
