The Bulls are still living in two worlds. You have to pick rebuild or competing for the playoffs. And with this upcoming draft being one of the best drafts in years, the Bulls need to make sure they have a lottery pick.

What if they're trash, get the lottery pick and he's trash, then what? Look at Zion. There's no telling whether you draft a Jimmy Butler or Jokic, not number 1.

Besides having a lottery pick in one of the deepest drafts in years and developing the young players on this team is better than winning 38-40 games and losing in the play-in game. Being a middle of the pack team is the worse place to be in sports.

The younger guys aren't good enough to get this team to the playoffs. We talk like these guys are being held back from being great. They're all just good rotational players on a contending team

I think people are shitting on Patrick Williams because he just refuses to produce and I can be wrong on this. Of course it just seems like to me at any rate he doesn't have heart or a dog in him. He seems passive. He may have all the talent in the world. I'm just waiting to see it. How long it's going to take. Also, maybe it's just not with the Bulls. Maybe he can blow up if he gets sent to a different team. I don't know. I mean, obviously it's not working in Chicago IMHO

Okay. At the end of the day it seems to me like we're settling. We're going to play with what we have and it's unfortunate we didn't get what we could. That's why we have eight guards on the team. That's not to say that it's a bad thing but I think for more than a couple players it's put up or shut up. And I'm tired of talking about Patrick Williams in that regard, but we'll see. I am excited to see Lonzo ball play and with all the guards on the team, hopefully it will motivate players to earn playing time but without a big man presence I'm not really seeing the Bulls get far in the playoffs or even make the playoffs. Please prove me wrong. Go Bulls!
