I agree on how SVT truly loves music. All SVT members have a number of copyrighted songs. It is so common in Kpop and Cpop to see companies debut idols as singers but they truly want to do acting or modeling, so after a few years of fame the groups fall apart. Idol’s life is hard, and having a support system is one thing, but the other thing is passion for music. SVT does not self-produce because Pledis was poor or because it is a marketing strategy, it could be any of those reasons, but above all they love making music and performing. That is what keeps them going strong for so long.
