Great video! I always like an in depth video about gear and frames. I’m not a fan too of the protruding camera cages

or rotate esc 180 degs. esc-fc connector cable that comes with kiss fcs is long enough.

Yep! Any orientation would suffice. Thanks for the tips big dog! Have a wonderful day!
@Krash_fpv2 ай бұрын
With lead up front n aos I woulda spun esc 180 deg amd recapped motors then your pads for those wires running up front would be up there too elimating running across thr board
@PhantomFPV2 ай бұрын
You're right...regardless, I don't see the performance, physical, or practical purpose of having the lead in that location. Front impact is hands down the highest percentage of crashes, placing the battery lead directly in the line of fire. I understand the desire to redesign and create the best of something that has gone nearly unchanged for a decade but this frame kinda tips the scales on all practicalities of "why"? Really appreciate your feedback and time to comment. Thanks so much!

I have both syncmode and AOS v5....i bashed the syncmode and youll definitely need lock tight...on both...you can run a 1400 or 1500mah to correct the floatyness of the AOS and get longer flight times!!! Syncmode definitely more of a bando basher but i perfer the AOS in flight characteristics and iflights tune is fire imo better then the symcmode BF tune....i dont fly bandos much so vanny pro, Apex and AOS all day when it comes to feel......these are all my opinions so that automatically makees me wrong in this hobby lmfao....ive flown 30 feames and narrowed ot down to 4 five33 Footy, Apex, vanny pro and AOSv5.....that footy looks strang but best feeling quad for freestyle ive ever felt in my life....youve always been my favorite pilot bro....huge fan and id love to rip with you one day and if you read this far......youve made my whole day.....peace homie
@PhantomFPV2 ай бұрын
Yo Dizzy! I should’ve enlisted you for this frame test haha…30 frames?!?! Yeah, both are certainly floaty, both are very thin carbon as compared to “bando” frames. This pair fell into the race because everyone was asking for them. Maybe one day we’ll rip together man! Where you located Dizzy? Hope you’re doing well and humbled by the love!
@dizzydeanfpv452 ай бұрын
@PhantomFPV ohhh man if your eva in NY or im wherever you rest your head we gotta rip!!!! Yeah I've flown a bunch of frames because I wanted a few quads that paired well with my style.....I would've loved to bend your ear for this frame test....maybe your next series can be lipos?!?!?! Take er easy homie

Ah, I wouldn’t say fraud. I do agree he misses the mark sometimes but his process is very sound. Could definitely benefit from more practical experience. Glad you liked it brother man! Stay fly!

Can't believe you still use fetcrap, skystars is like 10Xs more durable, they don't catch fire....
@PhantomFPV2 ай бұрын
No sir, don’t use FETTEC anymore. I had a large stock of them and this was my last one. All done with those boys. Thanks so much mang!
@DigitalCruzer2 ай бұрын
@@PhantomFPV I found that a heatsink is key on the esc for durability, it distributes the heat more even, like if you got one set of fets running hot due to a bad prop or something and pulls the heat off those fetts preventing the fetts from floating on melted solder which makes them short, its still possible to fry one, just much less likely....
@austinspired2 ай бұрын
@DigitalCruzer I've been through alot of esc's my man and in my experience they've lived longer without them. I think it's probably coincidence on both sides lol
@DigitalCruzer2 ай бұрын
@@austinspired I don't have money because I'm poor, but if I did I would put everything I had down that a fetcrap esc would burn out long before a same amerage rated skystars!!! Skystars imhas been bulletproof for me!!! Uve actually found Jhemcu escs to be better the fettcrap....

Btw, i run 2207 2700kv on 6s, skystars takes it like a champ!!!
