Charles was a co-founder of Ethereum and has since founded various pivotal projects under Input Output Global, including Cardano and Midnight.

To me the biggest challenge will be to authoritatively prove that the privacy guarantees offered my Midnight are completely genuine, since potentially any service could claim that without really doing it. Coming from the Cardano background gives the project a good amount of credibility to people in the blockchain space (in that they are one of the teams you'd trust to actually do this and do it properly) but how do you prove it to the world?

I am a little bit confused on the predictability of pricing aspect: how can a system that functions on a token (which has a volatile value) ensure consistently predictable pricing on e.g. month to month basis for a certain resource use? Except tethering to a stable reference of value, there's nothing that comes to mind but would love to learn more.

I understand many of the use cases, for example the value prop for DEXes is very clear. But I don’t understand how Midnight will let me trust my VPN. Did anyone understand that point?

Building a dapp that can connect to the internet that would use zero knowledge to keep your actions encrypted but also compliant with regulations with revealing your information. Just what I think from what I heard.
