Hi while the guys were hosing down the outside front I thought I saw water coming in through the vent holes above the windows inside If that is true what happens when you're in a heavy rain storm that's hitting you head on ?

What about the ends of the honey comb should those be filled and sanded so the end is smooth

Good to see you’re paying attention. Yes all ends get capped and since we are in a primer stage it all gets handled before the final topcoat hits. Best!

Would it work better to weld those holes in the mast rather than patch them? I’d worry the filler could pop out…

Yes I had thought that a a possibility but after asking around to some professionals they assured me they should hold just fine. Fingers crossed! Best
