Very helpful, Rich, the only thing I would say as a UK author is, ISBNs are geographically based, so if you're a UK author you need to use your own ISBN rather than a US one or it won't be valid. I have a question about illustrations and tables etc: do you just include them in the text at the correct place? (I have used Kindle before and it has a different way of dealing with them.) 💖
