In regards to fox, I’d say that part of the reason he seems even more hesitant to put his foot down earlier in the game is just part of some decision to get looks to demar or monk, so that if the game is close and you can’t kick out to open shooters (because the kings have no good ones and didn’t bother grabbing any over the offseason) they aren’t going in “cold” with no game reps which completely nullifies them Even if it would’ve been better for the team if the FO just decided to get 3&D wings to bolster the roster
