For all the hard work that he's done, at this point in his life, it feels really good that he's comfortable. Like you, I wish he'd cut way down on the Kiss material, and do more things from his "solo" albums. It's all great music that's well worth discovering. I really enjoyed this interview. I love his new record. Ace is a good guy. Gene and Paul should have helped him through his tough times. He keeps saying that kids wanna hear. Im a 61 year old kid. My first time seeing ace was 1976 in Harrisburg Pa. They played Sweet pain and of course nobody heard it because Destroyer wasnt out yet. Alot of people didnt like that record but i did. Yes they do, his statement about being paid from them every since he left is more than likely for his royalties . It's a shame Mike didn't ask him Point Blank who owns the trademark since it's easily found on Google and the national trademark website that Kiss does. It would have been interesting to hear what Ace's answer was cuz sometimes I wonder if he honestly knows lol. Obviously he gets confused as his remarks about Tayler Swift was way off and almost comical. She has songs with a Billion (with a B) views. 20 minutes in does he declare that Shout it Out Loud and RnR All Nite will be in the set list on any upcoming tour? Please Ace reconsider. We don't want to hear you do the same songs that G&P play Ace needs to get a clue and understand what few fans he has left want from an Ace Frehley solo show. I just want him to focus on his KISS songs - the ones he wrote and if he really wants to do the hit single then fine do RnR All Nite but nothing else. I think an Ace set list should be like 60% KISS and 40% his solo stuff.

Hes been wearing sunglasses publicly in every interview and onstage since Space Invader era. As far as the slurring, I think it's age and maybe a little Wet Brain. I have been sober over three years now and can't stand how people are so quick to always think you are using again. I truly believe he's sober and may have something medical related going on.
