The best leaders are the best servants, and if servitude is beneath you, leadership is surely beyond you.

Leadership is a game; with any game the real winners are the ones who are invited back to play (Jordan Peterson).

Love your guys videos buttttt the amount work your going to do SF you are not going to get paid for it even if you do make rank like their talking about for example I work in acft maint which makes 90-130,000 a year is civilian side top 50% which you can easily do if you don’t die and aren’t dumb but military side Max you will make 30-50,000 less than what your worth (this is including bah bas life/health insurance as well as investing in your retirement fund) not going to do the math for you but roughly that is 40,000-80,000 the military won’t pay you and will pay you just as much as someone in services which is someone who flips burgers at the DFAC or manages/clean the gym even though your risking you life and they are practically working AF McDonald’s

The special pays (SAVE and BASIP) range from $600-$1000 a month above what your peers will make, +TDY +Deployments and a couple other things we earn. If you’re looking for the biggest paycheck, you’re right- there are other options.
