One of the many things that I love and respect about you, America, is that you keep it 100%, even if it means calling yourself out. This song is one of your songs that makes me cry. I'm going through this right now. I've been with my hubby since I was 16. I'm 40 now, and idk if he's having some kind of mid-life crisisbut he's been very cold. I'm not the type to give up when shit gets hard, but this shit hurts bad. 😢 I can see how much pain and tears went it this song. When you said you were literally dying, I felt that in my soul. I have heart failure. I tell my hubby that my heart is legit breaking, and I have a tumor in my brain. I just pray that he still loves me as much as I love him. He tells me he does, but his actions say otherwise.

The father of my child has emotionally and mentally abused me since I was 18 im so glad I did leave. He just relapsed on the family he chose over me and kept cheating on me with. He kept saying we were soulmates while cheating on me and doing all these bad things. Your albums helped me leave him and give myself that love I was giving him. Im so glad I walked away. I dont have to deal with him or worry about a a partner in and out of rehab . All I have to worry about is my son.
