Looks great. The fitting issues is why I painted over powder coat. But the powder coat will definitely look nice longer.

Looking good Adam. It is recommended practice to have control systems installed early on in the assembly of an aircraft in order to facilitate easy access and inspection during functional checks. This often requires that secondary structure - close to parts and components of the control system - be installed only temporarily so that it can be removed and reinstalled when and where necessary. Great advice regarding removal of ‘hard coatings’ to facilitate proper fit at mating surfaces. They must be removed from areas which interface with other parts or components at tight tolerances ( typically those tight tolerances are required to reduce ‘play’ and eliminate ‘backlash’ in a control system to avoid a large ‘dead zone’ in the control input device’s travel range). Protection against corrosion should however be considered where dissimilar materials are in contact and sealing against moisture ingress might be necessary if regular coatings aren’t a suitable alternative. Finally, keep in mind that having good metal-metal contact grounds the control system and prevents it from becoming a ‘trap’ for static electricity, sometimes leading to sections of it behaving as an aerial and affecting radio performance (static interference). Excellent progress, very informative and educational videos. Thanks for sharing and keep up the great work (two thumbs up).

I don't need one at the moment, plus I'm getting a little old to 'go that low'... but honestly your ad their for the aerocreeper is pretty cool. I've worked under cars a lot as young man, but to be able to sit up, and work at things still at a lower level is very useful. Of course I love your progress reports, but ads don't usually interest me. This one did!
