Love these cooking video's. With time you will get there :) this looks very amazing.. Usually chicken you don't have to boil it first you can just add it in oven like that spiced and it will turn out great!!

. Well done Kunge. Since the spinach is very soft you do not have to boil it first coz you loose all the nutrients when you drain it. You can wash it then chop it into smaller pieces then fry it on slow heat with the lid on, the steam will soften it
