I read the (5.Builder Pattern) article but I don't get the difference between the (5.builder Pattern) and the (4.Prototype pattern) for both copyWith() method is used.

Yes, copyWith method is used. However, the intent is different. What are Design Patterns? They're basically solutions to commonly known problems in software design. Sometimes, the solutions are same. For instance, in math, if the problem is 20+26. The answer is 46. And if you do 23*2. That's also 46. Same answer to different problems, right? The intent is different though. One place, you're adding, other place you're multiplying. Similarly, prototype solves a different problem than builder. Also, remember that these design patterns are universal. They can be followed in any programming language. The code syntax for what works in Builder might be different from Prototype in other programming languages.
