I know a lot of people take issue with the green color and the rustic wood on the interior, but every time I see that green exterior, the rustic wood cabinets, and the cedar T&G ceiling I like them more and more. It all works together in just the right way for us! Build it with a N/S bed and we'd order one tomorrow.

@@ROAOffRoad I can’t wait to see what you guys have done. Love the XPLORE but I do not not like the interior setup. Love the interior’s of the Winnebago micro mini FLX’S . They do come with a cold weather package but there is no way it comes close to XPLORE RV’s insulation. You get what you pay for 😉

I think this camper is one of the best insulated and built in the industry. Just a few questions on assembly. What type of plywood is behind the fiberglass wall panel? Why use plywood? How is the exterior wall compressed to the wall frame when assembled? Are the 3/8 screws on the wall to frame lags or bolts? One of the best insulated rugged builds in the industry I would agree one of them . But one of the best builds maybe going a bit far. My guess is that plywood is Luan. If that is the case I believe there are better materials for a trailer that is being marketed as one that could be passed down for generations. (Plural). The cabinetry my have improved but in the past not in the "best built" category. So many layers using so much adhesives I just wonder if folks are having off gassing issues.?

@@bartman1857 I agree with you, Luan is cheap garbage. So much for the best built. Once you get a leak in a wall, the Luan will expand, and even if it doesn't delaminate, it will mold and mildew. And why the hell don't they weld the walls to the frame? This won't last generations, have to remember Sean is still a salesman.

With over 35 years of advanced material reinforcement, pigmentation, mechanical and failure analysis engineering experience, wood should not be used as a backer as it can mold and mildew. One should use a non cellulose product such as Azdel as a backer which will never rot, mold or mildew.

@@icare7151 I have high hopes for the Ember. They will be an upgrade to the usual cheap stuff out there, but not nearly as overbuilt as the Xplore. If they don't go too "Jayco" with the fit and finish, they will be in our top three for consideration. We're still waiting for them to roll out a dual axle model with a N/S bed. That should be coming this year.

@@icare7151 I like the Ember builds. As long as they don't start building the Elkhart way they will move into the craft off roadish trailer lane. Like you mentioned they need to go on a diet for us 5 000lb towing capacity folks. Probably a really good thing as they may keep Roamer, Xplore, Taxa, Kimberly, Boreas,RKS,Mission Overland,High Altitude, AntiShanty Op and Dweller s pricing in check
