Nothing but quality, crew having fun amongst the paradise of the south western Caribbean in a region of Panama called San Blas. Beautiful pristine beaches and islands literally in the middle of nowhere. Sometimes the girls are in bikinis, sometimes we are sailing, sometimes we spearfish and have beach barbecues. Basically fun in the sun. Did I mention crystal clear waters, coral and deserted islands? There is that as well. Plus a Wormwood 55 show up.....very nice catamaran
The other KZbin channel was Calico Skies. Very nice people. Names are Bill and Grace.

The girls are good sports, they should be fun. Tip on preserving any food from spoiling, probiotics like yogurt, kombucha or apple cider vinegar with the mother (it's alive). I use it religiously. Great if you don't have refrigeration. I ferment fruit juices as well. Be careful not to seal the lid too tight or it will explode! But maybe you knew all that. Pineapple would be awesome. You can make your own kombucha with a SCOBY and some organic tea.

Treat your rice well mate, its classed as a high risk product and can harbor a lot of bacteria. if you want the rice for the second day its ideal to cool it to 3degrees or below within 2hrs of cooking.. 👌👌
