Hey Marlaka 🥰 at Planet Fitness they only require you to wear it walking around the gym and from equipment to equipment. You have the option of wearing while you work out or just hanging on your ear. I used to workout with it on, but it’s too hard to breathe when I’m doing cardio

I strongly recommend the Stella Rosa Black, Red Apple and Green Apple. They will make you never buy the pineapple again!!! The blueberry tastes like medicine. I'll live through you because on a "diet" this month where no alcohol, no bread, no fast food. Just grilled chicken, turkey meatloaf, salmon with lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, homemade vegetable soup, lemon water. Frozen greek yogurt with blueberries and raspberries when I need something sweet. I need to lose 50 lbs by fall!!!

Have you tried hydroxycut packets? Get a six pack diet snapple peach tea. Add in hydroxycut packet. Of course get tea cold first. Add one benefiber fiber packet and shake. Try that in the morning. Gives you energy.

So happy I found your channel! I start a new job as an admin on Monday. Nervous but excited. Also, if you like the premier protein shakes, I use them to make my own ice coffee (my way of saving some money on ice coffee and a healthier option lol) I use the caramel premier protein drink (as my creamer) with my Mr. Coffee ice coffee machine using regular ground coffee then add the skinny syrup in vanilla or caramel for a little extra sweetness. Only 160 calories, low carb and low fat!
