I own this mower, and I actually moved the cruise and reverse buttons. Now im not saying you should do this, but im experienced with electrical, so i felt comfortable doing it. It's easy to do.

Guessing it was switching some sort of quick connecter or moving buttons inside the panel?

I disconnected the wires and moved buttons around, then reconnected the wires. Other then that the mower is fantastic.

Hi. I just purchased a refurbished one. Liking it so far. Are those zip ties that you're using to hold up the deck chute?

Did you connect yours to the app? Where did you find your PIN if you did? The mower is great, but the tech support couldn't help me with the app!

Yes I did, unfortunately the service center is a touch of a drive from me and I'm pretty busy on my 1 day off during the week, and my yard grows like wildfire during the Summer so I haven't got it fixed yet I've just been parking on flat surfaces or chocking the wheels. Gonna take it to the service center soon when I can drop it off

Since it's under warranty and I'm not a certified technician I'm gonna let the dealership handle it since it's not my fault

I love this Crossover T mower. However, I'm finding it difficult to understand how to change out the gearbox oil at the 50 hour mark? Where do you pour the oil in and where do you drain it? Is there only one area? Also what other maintenance steps have to be taken? The manual is NOT clear for someone who's NEVER owned a riding mower and is not handy. Is there a way you can perhaps make a video of all the steps required to properly maintain the CrossOver T? You'd think instead of some unhelpful static drawing on their manual of what to do, they'd post a tutorial video of step by step procedure to care and maintain this mower? But, no, that would make too much sense. Can you please help and make a tutorial video of all the things that need to be done to maintain this mower, please? Greenworks is NOT clear in their instructions or clearly indicate what part #'s for their blades or filters or anything...

I'll make a video of where the differential fluid drain and fill is this weekend when I cut the grass. As far as the other issues I'll have to do some digging myself

The only thing I don’t like about this electric mowers is that they all have this goofy batteries instead of full size lithium ion or phosphate which are half the price and last three or four time as long
