Ondu StreetLawyer passed by BIG BEATS AFRIQUE STUDIOS and had a lengthy conversation with ARESS SIXTY SIX. This is his first ever interview, and ARESS takes us down history. He talks about him and SHIRE(Khaligraphs Manager) being the original founders of BIG BEATS AFRIQUE, and him being the first artist in the studio way before they linked up with KHALIGRAPH JONES and made magic together. ARESS lets us in on mentoring WAKADINALI, DIANA CODDS, ELISHA ELAI, his contribution as a producer to KHALIGRAPHS career to date, how SHIREKULI believed in his vision and helped him grown into the producer and sound engineer he is today, working with vets like CHIWAWA, WENYEJI, ABBAS, and the legendary CHIZZEN BRAIN being his mentor both as a producer and as a rapper.

Budah Ondu, know the difference between records & publishing. A producer cannot earn a coin from publishing, unless he took part in writing the LYRICS of the song. Google is your friend. Artistes wanapigana na MCSK cause they dont understand what publishing and royalties mean, pesa ya royalties ni kidogo sana hata PRO's like MCSK wanalipa tu the right amount to artistes, wengine hata wanalipwa for songs they didn't write. Alafu Aress, that idea ya Boomplay is great, but it will only cover one stream of publishing (Airplay), bado kuna: Mechanical Royalties (CD, tapes, flash drive), Performance Royalties (Matatu, club, shows, hotel), Syncronization Royalties (Movies, DJS online, VLoGS, Series), Print Royalties (Lyrics to the song).
