Don’t miss those high temperatures in the southern states. Lived in Arizona and New Mexico on work relocation, we’re Irish so not used to that heat

We're from Redding, CA where it's over 100 degrees Fahrenheit every Summer and we're not used to this kind of heat! lol

Got to love the name Blue Pearl. I found you on my home page so I thought I would take a look from your beginning here from when you got the boat. Can you tell me what that knocking noise in the audio part of the video? Thanks

Thank you! Thanks for the comment and for watching!😃 Are you talking about the knocking noise in this video or our Las test video?

I was watching a video where I saw the stick holding the camera and listening to the audio as you were walking in La Paz a few months ago. I got to thinking the part that was connecting the camera to the stick sounded like it wasn't quite tight enough that is was shaking as you were walking and talking and I thought that might be the cause of the noise on the audio. I agree when you said you need to get one of those furry mic muffs to filter out some of the wind noise. other channels I am subscribed to have the same problems with wind noise but not to the degree I notice with yours . It is almost to the point I have to turn on the captions. I find myself rooting for you to finally solve all of your nagging problems and you are not alone in this. You might want to think about what you to deal with potential lightening strikes, too. Parley revival has been hit twice resulting in almost total electronic gear replacement. Be safe out there.

@@pbear6251 aw yes, that darn stick mount to camera was bad! We have fixed that now and have been working harder at sound quality. We've finally gotten a fur mic muff - although not always easy to grab and use, it sure has come in handy! Thanks for your feedback - we appreciate it!

@@SailingBluePearl I was noticing that sound quality was much better in the later videos. It's great to see family coming to visit and help with repairs that pop up and try to ruin the otherwise special time. And to help catch those fish to enjoy for great meals too.

im not American so cant place the accent, but your husbands accept is so reassuring, like having a patient cowboy looking after you lol, We looking at a 1988 65ft boat, if you had to re do it all again would you get a smaller boat or is 65ft manageable for you guys?

Awww such a sweet comment! Thank you🥰 We would absolutely buy another 65 foot boat if we were to do it all over again. We love her size and she’s definitely manageable for even just two people. Best of luck with your boat purchase! Send photos when she’s yours😊
