Luckily things are getting better with the new government. It will take time to fully recover but it will happen. As you said, it’s a time for tourism and to outsource jobs from very expensive places to Argentina as there is a highly skilled workforce. Thank you for showing the country from your perspective. I live part time in Chiang Mai, part time in the US, but I’m originally from Argentina. Cheers!

I hope Milei truly "Make Argentina Great Again." 😅 some people may be suffering right now because of the "bitter medicine" implemented by the Milei administration, but i heard things are improving. because of the Argentina Consitution, he can't run for consecutive term, so if he improves the economy, let's hope the next person doesn't f-ed up his policies so he can come back for a second term and improve more. what i saw and read about Argentina, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, and etc., I hope the US won't get to that level, but we seem to be going to that direction.

Argentina is the third largest economy in Latin America and the second largest in South America. The average salary in Argentina is 45,200 Argentine Peso (ARS) or 199 US Dollars per month (as per the exchange rate in May 2023). However, the amount differs based on the individual’s profession, education, and city of residence.
