Moral of the story with property , never pay for a property upfront if the ownership is in dispute without all the the paperwork. People are very fast to take your money because they will tell you stories afterwards after they have spent your money. The agent with the second stand is very shady use your lawyer ka ruf to demand your money . They just wanted commission fast for the month so they will stall you until they recover that persons commission because you are canceling the deal which was paid out already . They had no right to sell you a property of which the owner never showed full paperwork in the first place . When it comes to buying property its best to do it via the bank because they demand all the paperwork first before they can even start the process . The bank does its due diligence properly before even approving the sale. Before releasing the money to the lawyers . Plus you start paying only after registration. The woman who sold the stand took serious chances . She wanted fast money naye because how do you sell something without clearance in the first place . They should have done all what his saying before even advertizing i dont even trust the evaluation process at this point.
