Terinspirasi bgt sm kak Gea, orgnya ramah dan selalu senyum pas ngobrol (sekali wkt itu nanya tempat acara apa gt). One thing I note down here: If you can handle yourself 50%, km uda jalanin half of your job as DL. Maybe after watched this podcast I'll take the opportunity yg dikasi ke saya. Seneng banget dengerin ini sambil senyum2 n ketawa2 baik di perjalanan maupun pas lagi dengerin ulang buat dicatat poin2nya... biar ga lupa (Thanks to my DATE Friend who shared this in WA Group & tag my name to listen it). What I've learned: Tiap orang itu berbeda, looks for things/tools that works/helps for me. DO ONE THING AT A TIME. Helpful Heart to ask and manage it based on the Timeline management and mapping: Can you tell me what you need? And when do you need it? Delegate and Bird Eye View (Need people's help to accomplish things). Our RESPONSE is something that we can CONTROL (The WHY behind everything that we do). Start to Thinks some people to Look Up and Learn that God Place in my life (Influencing me). In Leadership, 50% of it is Leading ourself (Integrity). My Identity is not in my title or something that I do, if someday I'm not doing what I do right now: It's Okay or There's someone that could do it better: That's GREAT! (Proud for them).

I love listening to brighter days podcast in the car on my commute. I wish you guys upload more frequently (hopefully weekly, if not daily). I especially love this episode & episode 1 because both pastors sounds more unreserved during the podcast, sounds more natural and relax. Episode 3's format is different, but great too, very educational. Would love to hear more of these "educational" stuff from other leaders as well. Lookin forward to listen to many more episodes soon 😀
