Late to the video. To answer your question, in the late 70’s in Florida there was a barrel racer we know that road his horse drunk to a McD’s drive thru. I would not have otherwise known or remembered it (I was three of four at the time) but back in the day we had huge “photo albums” and on one page of one was the full newspaper article and a pic of the scene when officers arrived. Mom and dad had it in there for posterity I guess. I thought it was funny. So yeah, even in the late 70’s there was a Florida Man and he could get arrested for Steering a horse while intoxicated.
