Better to have Self cleaning tank with stand. So water is clean & we can avoid overhead structural columns. Single 1000L is more than enough for a home.Existing tank u can use for rainwater storing.

I am planning to buy vectus mini because it can kept under the truss roof. Also it is ROHS certified and having microban inner layer. Initially thought of Astral watertank but they don't have horizontal tanks.

Tank washing Is .must.suggesion.by design projection line around tank causes grove inside.no doubt dust mud will accumilate in groves.difficult to clean.hight should restrict to 4 ft. Then only can see inside.moreover top opening lid should be large.

Faster oxygen depletion : this will swiftly create an environment in which anaerobic bacteria can create water fouling. 3. Pathogens proliferation : the nearer the water temperature to body temperature the faster pathogens can reproduce in water. This factors combined all speak against thin shelled tanks. This leaves concrete or brick. As an alternative you could build an aerated wood housing for a PE Or PE lined FRP tank" Kdepaul (water specialist) HDPE tank ന് LLDPE tank നെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു mechanical strength & chemical resistance കൂടുതലാണ്. LLDPE tank ന് weather resistance HDPE യെക്കാൾ കൂടുതലാണ്. ശരിയായ പ്രതലത്തിൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്താൽ കൂടുതൽ കാലം ഈടു നിൽക്കുന്നത് LLDPE tank.

@@backtohome in your study,why are you did not include ISI of watertank,and also why you didn't mention other product warranty? roto and blow are two method for making watertank .sintex introduced polyethylene watertank first time in india ,which is making in roto moulding method. after 20 years some manufacturers strat making watertank in blow moulding method.but what is the present situation, we can see most of blow moulders back to rotomoulding method.and also in this industry noboady interested to start blowmolding method, becouse of damage ratio is higher than roto moulding tanks. so if you are say ,this is not a paid premotion, please study very well and present gently,otherwise follow Mr.sujith bakthan(he said in his vlog,that is a premotion vedio)

@@aneesh.k.a.k.a4888 1) ISI standard is given only for two layered black water tanks .. 2)There are hdpe water tank companies which manufacture horrible products , in which they are not confident to offer replacement guarantee and we bought product from a company that promises 10 year replacement guarantee (not warranty, but guarantee).. They are confident in their blow moulding technology. let’s wait and see. 10 years are safe in our hands, hopefully!!This is purely our personal choice. 3) Till this moment, we never insisted anyone to purchase any products.. This is purely an informative sharing platform.. 4) Whenever you see something, read something, observe something always ask yourself “ Are you Oky with this? Are you satisfied with this? Is this meant for you? If the answer is No! Please ignore and walk!! You will find your answer somewhere else! Best wishes!!

ഞാൻ മനസില്‍ ആക്കിയത്, ISI mark ഉള്ളത്‌ 2 layered black coloured tanks ന് മാത്രം ആണ്.. Thickness ന്‍റ basis ഇല്‍ ഒക്കെ ആണ് difference വരുന്നത്.. 3 layer തൊട്ട് ISI mark ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് സുപ്രീം, syntex, poly capital ന്റെ technical persons പറയുന്നത്. ( ഞാൻ അതിൽ അധികം വായന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല)

@@ashiqviswan4908 govt projects ന് ആണ് ISI tank നിർബന്ധം. Avarude requirement പ്രകാരം 2 layers are more than enough എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത് ( എനിക്ക് ഒട്ടും ഉറപ്പ് ഇല്ല) ഞാൻ അന്വേഷിച്ച എല്ലാ കമ്പനിയും ഒരേ പോലെ പറയുന്ന കാര്യം ആണ്.
