We are not the same. Christianity was the furtherance of Judism. Some Jews (humans/ people God used as example) decided to stay as they are and not continue on with God leading. Jew is more than blood, its a person that is a child of Abraham in spirit. Child. Like the person. Abraham was a man obideient to God. God spoke to him. There was no book. And he believed. The book is good too because we get dumber in time lol but as babies dont drink milk forever....He led them out of the wilderness, to the promised land, out of Egypt and was continuing with them but some people simple do not like to follow. God continued with his plan and came down here as Jesus and continues to teach and lead but in a human body. Many rejected him as usual. Judaism wasn't the end. He introduced laws but didn't intend for that to be the end all be all. We can possible follow the laws because we are not perfect. But He is the law!!! He said so andhe said to follow him. And that's what we can do. He died for us with our sins on him and rose again and said he'll send a helper and he went back to heaven. The help he sent was the Holy Spirit. Which is once again himself. The thing is we dont pray to saints and mary to tell God something for us. We just ask God because we have a relationship with him through Christ(God). We acknowledge his sacrifice of dying for us with our sins and buying us back from satan by trading himself. and rising again cause death cant hold him (haha satan) because he is God. After baptism, which was our choice and not something that happens as a baby because our parents don't want our sould in limbo. There is no limbo. Just heaven and he'll. A Christian and a Catholic both worship the same Lord and it is our creator who brought y’all two together. I really believe that. On love island, Jana wasn’t locked in like most of the girls until Kenny came. That’s why Andrea went home instead of Jana, that was Gods plan. Two people who are believers of God meeting each other and instantly hitting it off. That’s the work of God 🫶🏽 Kenny treats Jana so good. When she was upset he never yelled or anything, he listened.
