Put some vinger of lemon juice then pour it into cotton thin cloth n hang it or put into middle of the plates and give pressure with some heavy thing like any heavy box for Better shao

Really helpful show. I am skinny person and I work on my feet 8 hours but I still getting fat around my belly. My question is that sometimes short of time don't have protein portions in my meal can I take protein drink to balance my diet.
